“As we are nearing the completion of our first custom built home, Jamie and I could not be more impressed with the whole experience. Before the start of the house we were between two builders, and picked Chad Goodin Signature Homes, one because of cost and more importantly, because of the feeling we got that you were a type of builder that looks out for your customers. After 5 months into the build, and one more month to go, our gut feeling was right. You have given expert advice time and time again to rookie home builders and have been great to work with on unexpected “ideas” we had during the build.
